Getting started
Install from Microsoft Teams
Open Teams, go to Apps, and search for "ChalkHR Polls". Click Add to install it for yourself, or add it to a team channel.
Create your first poll
In any chat or channel where the bot is installed, type @ChalkHR Polls poll followed by your question. Or use the compose extension (the + button) to create a poll with a form.
View results
Votes appear in real time on the Adaptive Card. For a full dashboard view, open the ChalkHR Polls personal tab or visit polls.chalkhr.com.

Common questions
Can I make polls anonymous?
Yes. When creating a poll, toggle the anonymous option. Voter names won't be shown to other participants.
Can polls auto-close?
Yes. Set a timer when creating a poll, and it will automatically close after the specified time.
Can I set up recurring polls?
Yes. Create a recurring poll to automatically post the same poll on a daily or weekly schedule.
What are the free plan limits?
The free tier includes up to 3 active polls at a time. See pricing for details.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. ChalkHR Polls works on Teams desktop, web, iOS, and Android.
